Email content: (feel free to edit)

I ask that the Ventura County Board of Supervisors approve the Lease Option Agreement for Karls’ themed village development at Fisherman’s Wharf as recommended by the Harbor Director.

The proposed development is consistent with the Harbor’s Public Works Plan; Oxnard’s Local Coastal Plan and HCI Ordinances; and the Coastal Act and its Environmental Justice Policies.

This development will finally rehabilitate a dilapidated Fisherman’s Wharf and promote revitalization of the Harbor, something everyone would like to see.

Karls will provide a unique, wholesome, affordable, fun place for the County’s families and visitors to enjoy at the harbor.

Your approval can move this forward now!
